WORKSHOP DATES RUN FROM APRIL 13 TO APRIL 23, 2020 ARE CANCELLED
The Hoosier Art Salon is cancelling our involvement of IPAPA’s First Brush of Spring Paint Out. This includes the Art Sale, Artists Dinner, and all receptions, scheduled during Wednesday, April 15, through Saturday, April 18. We are cancelling all the workshops scheduled from Monday, April 13, through Thursday, April 23 all registered students will be notified and receive full refund.
It has become clear that we must cancel. With events surrounding COVID-19 developing rapidly along with the obvious need for urgent steps to contain its spread, we simply could not move forward as scheduled.
The impact of this cancellation on the community that makes the First Brush of Spring possible — the artists, the Paint Out attendees, the volunteers, and the New Harmony community with all its businesses and workers — cannot be overstated. We share the collective disappointment but look forward to welcoming everyone back to the First Brush of Spring, April 2021.
We are offering refunds to all of those that registered for the workshops. If, instead of a refund, a workshop registrant would like us to keep their workshop fee and apply it to a future workshop, or convert their registration fee to a tax-deductible donation, let us know.
These are difficult times. We urge you to stay healthy and do whatever you can to help one another and to make this a better world.

Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policy – In the event a student chooses to withdraw after registering for a workshop, a 75% tuition refund will be granted when a student submits a request by e-mail: email@example.com or by contacting Linda Volz at least ten (10) business days before the start date of the workshop. After that time, no refund can be given unless there is someone who fills the vacancy. Refunds are by check or credited to your primary payment source (Credit card or PayPal), only. Materials fees are not refundable. Workshop and materials fees are not transferable. We understand that circumstances may cause a change in your plans. We sympathize, however, please understand that we must adhere to policies as our financial and contractual commitment for each workshop has been finalized. If workshop minimum is not attained, the Hoosier Salon reserves the right to cancel the workshop and the student will receive a full refund.
